Catch Up!!!

Ok, it's been awhile since I have blogged...so now it's catch-up time.   Pictures will becoming so stayed tuned.  To start off we took a family vacation to Lake Tahoe on the North Shore.  What a beautiful place.  It was very relaxing and we enjoyed ourselves very much.  The girls loved playing racketball and swimming in the hot tub ( no pool in the winter time ).  We drove around a little,  saw some amazing homes, took pictures of the gorogeous lake and went on the beach for a picnic and had play time on the playground.  We even took the girls to two Easter Egg Hunts.  One was at the Library and the other on the beach.  The girls had a blast.  McKenzie was a little timid to go run for the eggs.  She did get some though.  Brianna had a ton and Sierra stayed mostly in one section and didn't get as many as Brianna.  She wasn't very happy about that.  Oh well. :)  We enjoyed Tahoe and would gladly go back.

On the 20th of April we celebrated Brianna turning 8.  I can't believe she is old enough to get baptized.  She is officially old enough to get her ears pierced.  The morning of her birthday we got it done.  Brianna just loves the way they look.  Now McKenzie is waiting anxiously to get hers done.  We did a family party, which she loved.  For her cake she wanted a doughnut cake.  Everyone loved it and it was super yummy.  Brianna we are so glad that you joined our family.  We love you sooooo much.

May 2 was a big day for Brianna too.  She was able to get baptized.  What a fun day.  She was so excited.  The whole time she had one huge smile across her face.  What a wonderful decision she has made.  We are very proud of her.  Brianna shared her baptism with  Carter Davis.  A cute little boy in our ward.  They both had a great day.  Grandma & Grandpa Miller, Aunt Lici and her family, Dan and Tristen, Karen, Connie, Becky, Kim and friends came to support her.  A huge Thank You goes to everyone who came to support her.  It was great to see all of you.  Brianna said the water was cold, but got herself all the way under...thanks to dad. :)  No second ducking for Brianna.  She did have to dry off with paper towels, cause I (mom) forgot to bring a towel.  Sorry Brianna.  I guess will remember this one huh. :)

I guess that's enough for now. It's time to find the pictures to go along with what I wrote.
